Shipping and Returns

All products are processed and dispatched, usually within 2 days from when the order is placed.

If you are requiring a product within a certain time frame, please let me know and I will see what I can do to help. Extra charges may apply.

I use 2nd class Royal Mail to ship my products within the UK. Please be aware this can taken 2-3 business days.

For any purchases from oversea then I use Royal Mail International Standard Delivery which should take between 5-7 days, however this does depend on your country’s postal system. *Please be aware that you will be responsible for any import duty/charges which may apply.

Although I will do my upmost to get your product with you safely and on time, please be aware that time of delivery may differ slightly due to delays or high demand within the Royal Mail. I therefore cannot be held responsible for this as these are only guidelines for delivery and are not always certain.

If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your product, please let me know by contacting me within 14 days of delivery at hello@valeartcreation.co.uk and a refund will be made available. I will then send an address in which to send the product. The product must then be shipped back within 20 days. To be eligible for the return, the item must be unused, the same condition in which it was received and it must also be within the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item of a significant amount, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
